- Successful candidate must operate as a true partner to functional leadership and groups in region. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about hospitality, wanting to help develop a nurturing, positive workplace environment and experience for this fast-growing region. The optimal candidate should be approachable & experienced professional with good communications & not being afraid to dive into details, implementing & managing several scalable programs across sites.
- Candidate should also be a smart client or buyer – fostering transparent Internal /external relationships with service providers, balancing frugality with creativity.
- Serve as local point of contact, relationship management for Real Estate & Workplace team with APAC leadership.
- Ensures regional sites are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures, realignment of such S&P as business & customer needs evolve.
- Ensuring our sites are operated in a cost-effective manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.
- Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with team and customers (Nutanix employees).
- Tracking Tenant vs. Landlord obligation, Develops, cultivates, and owns key relationships with Landlords, Property Management companies and third-party service providers and vendors.
- Ensures, operations and configurations are managed successfully with outstanding customer service.
- Responsible for managing key areas of operation includes FM services, space assignments, F&B programs, providing employee welfare services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, Safety/Emergency preparedness and BCP. Ensures regulatory and compliance systems and processes are implemented.
- Annual budget planning and reporting, operations and financial analysis. MIS, Proficiency in PO processes.
- Drive KPI & SLI’s for site installs & services. Oversees audits, conduct risk assessments & proactively manages critical site infrastructure maintenance programs.
- Preferred Qualifications - bachelor’s degree in business administration or real estate management with minimum of 12+ years professional experience required - a significant portion of which should demonstrate success in real estate /facilities management /operations in MNC company environments. Proficiency in enterprise platforms. Accreditations from RICS, CoreNet, IFMA.
